Ray, Robinson, Carle & Davies P.L.L. and its predecessors have engaged in the practice of law in Cleveland, Ohio, since 1890. It is the second-oldest law firm in the city and the oldest firm practicing maritime law. Since its inception, the Firm has practiced admiralty and maritime law representing both local and international vessel owners and their respective insurers in various matters including litigation, vessel sales and purchases, documentation and collections on behalf of lenders and marinas.
