Lindabury Celebrates 60 Years!
Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, a well-known New Jersey based general practice firm, is pleased to announce it is celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2014. Founded in 1954, Lindabury, McCormick & Estabrook has expanded from a three person firm to its present team of 69 shareholders and associates.
To commemorate this milestone, Lindabury employees, clients and alumni attorneys celebrated on May 15, 2014 at an open house hosted by the firm at the United States Golf Association (“USGA”).
The firm began in 1954 when Joseph S. Lindabury, Francis X. McCormick, and Kenneth L. Estabrook formed a firm focused on serving the legal needs of primarily closely held businesses and their principals. The firm grew steadily, developing broad expertise in those industries and expanding its practice areas to include civil litigation, commercial transactions, estate and tax planning, healthcare, and real estate. Over the years, Lindabury has focused on providing quality service, adhering to sound legal and business ethics, and achieving outstanding results for clients.
“We are proud to have served our clients for the past six decades, and look forward to continuing putting our client’s needs first,” said President of the firm, John R. Blasi. “We take great pride in our reputation and our work product and remain committed to the goal of providing our clients with top notch legal services at a reasonable cost, and are looking forward to what the next sixty years will bring to our firm.”
In 2006, the firm merged with Cooper, Rose & English. The combined firm Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C. has offices in Westfield, N.J.; Summit, N.J.; Red Bank, N.J.; New York, N.Y.; and Philadelphia, P.A. We have significantly expanded our professional and support staffs, and with it, our capability to serve the varied and increasing needs of our growing client base. Our ability to provide the personal service of a small firm while also offering the sophisticated capabilities of a larger firm make the firm a particularly good value as a provider of legal services.
